  • Ensure every item is carefully checked and lovingly packed

This means shipping might take a little longer than mass-produced items, but we promise it’s worth the wait 🤎

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before it is shipped.
During this time, your items are produced (if applicable), quality-checked, and prepared for shipping with care.

Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • United Kingdom: 10–18 days
  • Germany: 10–18 days
  • Portugal: 12–20 days

During holidays or unexpected delays, shipping times may vary slightly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Return & Refund Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s okay.

If your order didn’t arrive as expected, or if you simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the delivery date.

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or faulty
  • You received an incorrect or incomplete item
  • Your order hasn’t arrived after:

    • 60 business days (international)

    • 45 business days (UK)

  • You changed your mind within 30 days of delivery

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, just send us a photo or video, no need to return it. We’ll handle everything for you.

If you changed your mind, you can still return it, just note:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • A return fee of €9.99 will be deducted from your refund
  • Returns must be sent via drop-off point (no home collection)
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the item
