  • Thoughtful packaging
  • Shipping with tracking number

Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • Portugal: 12 to 20 days
  • United Kingdom: 10 to 18 days
  • Germany: 10 to 18 days

Return & Refund Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a simple and stress-free policy:

✅ You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or faulty
  • You received an incorrect or incomplete item
  • Your order hasn’t arrived after:

45 business days (UK)

Please send us a clear photo or video of the issue; there is no need to return the item. We’ll handle everything for you.
